Service Description

​A classic strength based style! The purpose of this class is to get the blood pumping and possibly build up a sweat as we combine movement and breath work in stronger flows. This class can be tailored to your abilities so it is not just for advanced students, but more for those that are looking for a bit more of a challenge and work out! If you are completely new to yoga, we do recommend that you take a couple of PBW Yoga classes to learn the core/base moves first. This class is perfect for those that: - Have an understanding of the core/base yoga moves - Would like an uncomplicated yet more challenging strength-based space for their practice
