Here at Pure Bliss Wellness, we wish to make yoga accessible for everyone! Although the stereotypes may lead you to believe you have to be flexible before you even start and act seriously in order to enter a class, we like to do it a bit differently!

PBW Yoga

Our Signature Style! Uniquely named after our business and Shanice's favourite style to teach!
The purpose of this class is to create a fun, relaxed and light-hearted space for people to come and give yoga a try! Smiles and laughs are welcome (and encouraged!) while we take you through slow and uncomplicated classes so that you can learn, relax and have some fun along the way :)

Have never tried yoga before or are very new to yoga

Vinyasa Yoga

A classic strength-based style!
The purpose of this class is to get the blood pumping and possibly build up a sweat as we combine movement and breath work in stronger flows. This class can be tailored to your abilities so it is not just for advanced students, but more for those that are looking for a bit more of a challenge and work out! If you are completely new to yoga, we do recommend that you take a couple of PBW Yoga classes to learn the core/base moves first.
