Here at Pure Bliss Wellness, we wish to make yoga accessible for everyone! Although the stereotypes may lead you to believe you have to be flexible before you even start and act seriously in order to enter a class, we like to do it a bit differently!

Yoga / Stretch
Community Fitness Kerikeri - Mondays @ 6.15pm - 7.15pm
Available to both members and non-members, this class combines movement and stretch as we guide you through gentle yoga flows followed by targeted stretching to improve mobility & flexibility, all combined with breathwork. Each week rotates between full body, lower body & upper body focused classes.

This class can be tailored to your ability and your flexibility and is therefore accessible to everyone!
